Spirit Airlines announced that it will start flying between Los Angeles International Airport and Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This new ultra low fare service will take its first flight on April 25, 2013.
Mario C. Diaz, Director of the Houston Airport System said that Houston Airport welcomes this expansion made by Spirit Airlines and is very thrilled to serve this new nonstop flight to Los Angeles. He also said that with this addition, customers will get an opportunity to save big and fly at cheaper costs.
At present Spirit Airlines flights from Houston fly nonstop to Chicago, Las Vegas and Dallas/Fort Worth. The airline will soon start flying to Orlando from February 14, 2013 as announced earlier.
