Passengers booking air tickets on Etihad Airways flights would now get a new travel experience. Etihad Airways recently unveiled a “Meet and Greet” service for its customers arriving on flights at the Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The airline in a statement said that the service would indeed benefit the customers greatly. According to Etihad Airways, the customers can book the service up to 48 hours prior to their travel. The service is essentially designed to assist the customers in easily and quickly collecting their luggage and pass through Abu Dhabi immigration and customs.

Etihad Airways is offering Silver Package costing $38 per person. The “Meet and Greet” Silver Package includes a personal welcome upon the customer’s arrival with one staff member dedicated for every one to five customers, assistance with baggage collection and immigration fast track.

Apart from Silver Package, the airline is also offering Gold Package at $65 per person. The Gold Package comprises all the components being offered in the Silver Package. However, the additional benefit being that one staff member would be dedicated for every customer. There will also be a personal porter for collecting and transporting baggage through the airport to curbside.
